I don't yet want to post the people we decided on distros wise to invite incase they read it on here before they get their letter! I will confirm attendees on this thread as I hear back from them.

Toby and Edward, which of you said you had contact with the loserdom guys?

I sent all the letters out today, some people had already tried to book a stall; so we've got some definites. I'll post up on here as they are confirmed and hopefuly Emma can update the website (or i don't mind doing so if you can create a logon?)

Here's the plan of the stalls, the bottom right hand corner is our corner.
So 10 big circular tables
18 small tables if you split the two big painting tables in half.
Also, steve did you get emails from my friends Eleanor and Tukru? If not I'll remind them to email you.

okay, so we'll work on being able to offer 18 places, though some have already been assigned.

If we don't hear back from active/ loserdom we potentially have some more tables but we will have to wait and see.

I think we definitely need to try a practice setup...can anyone make wednesday 28th or thursday 29th january?

yeah we discussed this at the meeting and the tentative date was wednesday jan 21 .. im away jan20-feb1 so count me out...

It needs one square on the plan to fit a wheelchair, so it should be ok, the tables along the wall can be moved a bit further back against the wall if necessary.

Okay, we're just waiting on ative to reply. Two of teh invited distros can't attend but everyone else can. We've had plenty of applications however; so as soon as my exams are done next week I'll work on the floor layout!
