Comment by Joe Clarke on March 21, 2011 at 6:09am Hi everyone,
We have a Gestetner (pre-photocopier printing machine) to create any publicity we want for the Zine Fayre. I've tracked down some images that show the quality and capability of the Gestetner (below). As yet we don't know how much it will cost to use the machine but it will probably be cheaper/more fun that using photocopiers. If anyone has any experience or more images from a Gestetner please share them with the group.

Comment by Jean McEwan on March 18, 2011 at 7:04am All of this sounds ace... I am so looking forward to being involved and being there.
I think your points were good, Jen. I just came as a punter last year, good points were for me
- great open space to have it in, very accessable in the city centre
- workshops going on
- great mix of people there young and old
- really diverse mix of zines - from art zines to zines for people with autism to political zines, perzines... and in a real range of formats and styles. Hugely inspiring. coming to the fayre got me started on making zines and I'm now making and curating zines at every opportunity.
- nice friendly vibe -
- chillout space.
not so good maybe (though I cant fault it really)
The gap between fayre and gig - we couldnt stay around so we missed on the the evening event - I think maybe it would be good to do a straight through thing - esp as their is not too much to do in Bradford on a Sunday afternoon.
anyway. cant wait and keep us posted!

Ist preference given to distros and zines. Rates and details are here. Limited space. Very Low Cost!
