Alright this place looks a littel dead. but...I am looking for some Austonian Ziners for a zine workshop at the end of January, and just trying to get together for some zine ween fiend stuff. but its whatever.  epoch anyone?

Hey, I'm not from Austin...but I have been there and have friends there. Could you recommend any places in Austin that sell zines or anyone interested in trading?

Hey Kathy! Hmm... That's weird... Well, I'm glad you made it!
I see you're a student. It would be awesome if you could let me know if there are ever any zine/ independent publishing events happening on campus. We're always eager for events at which to sell and promote our comics.

I joined mainly because i'm from the south and there we only 2 members before i joined. But now we have 3!!!!! and we can begin to reorganize the south to our own pithy desighns... ha ha ha ho I'm from mob, al originally. Never been to Austin, but don't make that stop you from luring me y'all's way.

MC and I (ButterSword) will be teaching a zine making demo tonight at Frugal Media at 5400 North Lamar from 7 - 10. It's an event showcasing handmade goods from a variety of local sellers. Lots of sellers, some demo-ers and free beer!
We hope you can make it.

You know, I think I've seen Against the Flood at MonkeyWrench. Is that right? We stock ours there along with this other product we make called, Zine in a Can.
Anyway, I'm glad we're not the only Austin Zinemakers in this group anymore! I was beginning to wonder. Thanks for joining, Hannah!
