What are some current zine review zines or websites?
Alot of the information I'm finding is old and most likely out of date.

If you do zine reviews, or know anyone that does, let me know!

fempeacepower.org hasnt been updated since april 2010
gloomy sundays hasnt been updated since august 2010

razorcake hasnt done a zine review since aug 2010 (xerography debt#26)

too many cookies is "taking a break right now" from zine reviews since oct 2010

jolie noggle hasnt updated since sept 2010

zineocracy is 404 not found

 

comics village is 404 not found

croq doesnt do reviews anymore, it looks like

the feminist review has moved to elevatedifference.com

kryptographic has not been updated since dec 2009

the library journal is 404 not found

size matters has not updated zine oct 2010

swapbot has been dead for a very long time. no one accepts new people into established groups, and new groups are too small to get anything going. i've had no luck with swapbot since i've joined.

zineclassifieds is not a site anymore

zine writers guild hasnt been updated since oct 2010. livejournal has been dead forever.

Razorcake is primarily a paper based zine and is released bimonthly. There's plenty of up to date reviews. Bare in mind 2010 was only a fortnight ago; most places don't review things on a weekly basis!

My husband posts zine and minicomic reviews sometimes at his comic review blog, Panel Patter. There is a zine review at the top right now, in fact!

His reviews are really detailed! I found your distro through it too, you've got a few things that look interesting (plus other stuff I know is interesting cos I've already read it!) Will order some stuffs next month when I have funds!

and Erica S., not only thanks for the link, but you're of the Black Light Diner. your distro looks cool, and I will have to buy sometime. we also live nearby each other, I assume. yay Charm City. :]

I sometimes review zines (when I get some) in my Papirofilia blog. Some of the zines I review are extremely rare, like 20 copies or less...

 

I would also like to recommend these other (frequently updated) sites on the international side:

 

Zine Hamster from Finland.

DIYzines from France.

DIY-zine from Russia (with downloads).
