Zine Representation 4 las vegas bookfair...HOW?!...HELP!!!

I have the opportunity to read poetry at the Vegas valley bookfair! While it's a cool opportunity in itself, i feel its the perfect opportunity to represent (and help others rep.) Zines and indy media! I have been given contact info to talk to the organizer from the city. Before i talk to him i want to be prepared. I know of one other person who puts out a regular zine locally i can count on to have zines ready for sure (and maybe two who are half in /out). I need suggestions as to how to present /go about this right... is two people enough? should i try to find a few more representatives (ie local comic/book pub.?) to be involved? Should i invite DISTROS from nearby states? I don't have a Name for my press(though ive had many manifestations up till now)....should i solidify something? I'm in unknown waters here and i don't want to go into this TOTALLY blind! Any experiences or suggestions would help. THANK YOU!!!!

ps sorry if this sounds a little fragmented....Im feeling all scatter brained!
