We Make Zines

a place for zinesters - writers and readers

i feel like maybe i've been uninvolved in the zine scene for too long & i've lost track of who is doing what. i would love to find distros interested in carrying my zine, sub rosa but i don't even know where to begin.

i've searched wmz but am only finding threads about people interested in starting zines, not those already running them. someone point me in the right direction!? or let me know what distros you currently work with! awesome. thanks.

Taryn... check out the front page of the Paper Trail site. Ciara left a pretty good list of active distros: http://www.papertraildistro.com
yeah, what nicole said. & my list is for distros that are actually around & functioning, not distros that shut down literally years & years ago (smitten kitten?!?).
ciara that is a great list. i'm slowly working through it!
seems more productive to just post the correct link: http://desertcitydeathdistro.blogspot.com/

File Not Found!
oh snap? they have a new website: http://desertcitydeathdistro.blogspot.com/, which was easily found by googling "desert city death distro".

at least they didn't close down in 20fucking04. half the shit on your useless list was for distros that don't exist anymore. it's nice that you were trying to be helpful, as opposed to your usual role of insufferable brat, but taryn's been around the zine block a couple of times & was obviously looking for info beyond what you can get by googling "zine distro".
wait either there are comments that i cant see or im retarded and i really hope the latter isnt true. lol. so where is the link to the list? haha.
Zacary deleted his account for the umpteenth time... thus all of his posts deleted as well. He had posted a very outdated list of distros.

in the distro owners' group, there is a thread where currently active distros post their contact info... it might not be the most complete, but you can be assured they are still active...
