Sunflower Skins makes buttons! We bought from a Canadian distributor linked to Badge-A-Minit:

We just ordered a bunch of buttons from Alex, as well as some cool punk pins from a local vendor. I think we're going to wind up ordering some shirts and postcards and stickers from Hungry Knife as well. They seem like a good bunch of folks.

I've always been happy with the service from Busy Beaver Button Co. in Chicago.  They make custom buttons with any design you submit. They have really fast turnaround and the printing is really good as well.
