We Make Zines

a place for zinesters - writers and readers

I love buying zines off the individual zine-producer if possible, but sometimes I love stocking up on a whole bunch from a distro, there's nothing like getting a big fat package in the mail full of new zines to read.

So what are your favourite distros?

Mine are - take care (au) and sticky (au, though not a distro as such).

I got an awesome stack of zines from click clack a little while ago and recently some from false start. Both were super fast with the postage which is always ace. And I'm hanging for funds so I can get a bunch from vampire sushi and sweet candy. I've also got tonnes favourited on etsy which I'll have to work through slowly because of crazy postage costs..

How about you guys?

Reading Frenzy, by far. Chloe Eudalay has mastered the art of a zine store. As far as mail order distros, the only one I've ordered from is Microcosm (which is kind of ironic, since there's a Microcosm store in Portland, too). I'll have to try some of the ones you've listed.
Stranger Danger! They are fantastic and have a huge selection.

Thanks for the kind words about False Start, by the way! :)
You had back issues of truckface amongst other awesome zines!

And, sweet, totally forgot about Stranger Danger.
for SURE- I like Microcosm too.
Oops, the Parcell Press link didn't work (?) but what I'm trying to say is that is one fabulous distro
Microcosm was the first distro I ever bought from, and whenever I want a small pile of zines in the mail, I usually end up going that route. Thanks for these links tho. I'll give another distro a chance to impress me next time around.
