My friend Skot! put together a compilation hitchhiking zine about ten years ago. (Oh! I am old!) It kicked ass!

I guess that doesn't help you. You are probably wanting something more recent.
Have you read Off The Map? It's actually a book put out by Crimethinc, but a really awesome story about two ladies traveling Europe.
Cometbus #36 (I think, don't have it right in front of me) was a great issue about traveling/hitchhiking around Europe, and if I'm not mistaken (though I often am) is not hard to find.

And it's not all about traveling/hitching, but I would recommend that everyone buy a few issues of Dreamwhip from Microcosm, because it's, you know, really good. Really, really good. And a lot to read. And much is about traveling, by different modes of transportation.

I did put out a few zines with various self-indulgent stories about hitchhiking and riding on trains, but if I had any copies left I would probably destroy them.

I would poke around Microcosm, or email distro owners and ask them to recommend or see if they'll put together a pack of zines for you.

Sojourner by Suze B. Available at Leaving A Paper Trail.
Cheers,

i second "sojourner". but i run paper trail. http://www.papertraildistro.com. i also carry "dream whip" #14, which is about traveling in europe, mostly. & i carry the "doris" anthology, which has some great old issues full of travel stories. & "day of reckoning" #5, which has a great hitchhiking story. & my own zine, "you live for the fight when that's all that you've got," which has a hitchhiking story from france, & travel stories from the midwest. & there is a zine that i don't carry called "there's something about a train," which is all about trainhopping. i don't know where you can get it. i have always stumbled across it in the most random places, like weird shops or tables at anarchist events, & it seems like i am always buying the last copy. it's old old old. but good.
this guy from New Zealand that I met has a zine called 'Skull Vs Rock' that includes some stories about hitchhiking in Australia. He has a myspace for it.
Mujinga on this community has just released a zine on hitch-hiking called itchy feet
