sort of a weird question (but totally zine-related)...

it seemed like a really cool idea. but I sent Anastasia Weedsmith a message, wrote on her wall, even sent her an e-mail, and there's been no response. if you look at her wall, it looks like other people have noticed she's MIA.

 

so would it be okay to run with this idea of a comp zine like this (as long as I gave her credit, and if she responded, to give her anything people submitted to me)?

or is that not a good idea?

the idea is really cool, and I don't want it to die.

I think that she hasnt really been "gone" long enough to consider her gone for good...

I guess not, but considering someone left a comment on her wall saying they "PayPal-ed" her like a month ago with money for zines and has heard nothing, plus she said the due date was March 1, it seems like she's not really been around. you might be right, though.

I'll wait for a few more responses (to everyone else: hint, hint) before I decide anything.

I don't think it's been long enough either.  It's only been a few days since her first deadline and most comp zines don't hit their original deadline. Plus she posted here on the site in January which really wasn't that long ago.

Shes still plenty active on her Facebook, so Iv just given her a shout saying you guys here are missing her :P
