im putting together a small list of songs about zines, small press, diy publishing etc for the zine symposium programme this year and need help! this is to fill a little gap that i can think what else to put in. 

right now i have;

In the 1980's, there was a pre-alt rock band called "Great Plains".
They had a great song called "Letter To A Fanzine".

ermmm, there's a song called "fanzine nerd" by a band called, ahem, "anal beard". Its taking the piss out of the fanzine nerd, but I like it anyway :)

Sorry I put that in a dickish way. I don't like being dickish. I like being nice and helpful. So, um, I hope those links are helpful, and, if anyone hasn't noticed, there's a search function on the forums that is easy to miss but also useful sometimes
