Permalink Reply by Heather Wreckage on January 18, 2013 at 3:21pm I've recently finished an illustrated (comic) version of the feminist skit "I Am What I Am", written in 1970 by Lorna Cherot. It is a dramatic sketch about a black woman trying to participate in a white feminist gathering, and the racism that ensues. I'm asking a $1 donation for a copy, since I didn't write the skit. You can order one from: Heather Wreckage/3913 Boyle Ct./Sacramento, CA 95817

Permalink Reply by Alexandra Duguid on January 29, 2013 at 5:03pm I am now taking pre orders for my very first zine- Under The Influence!
http://undertheinfluencezines.bigcartel.com/
For this first issue, I asked people to write an essay on their favourite musician and band. It was an extremely simple idea, however I wanted people to discuss the love of their band/musician in a personal way and it produced some amazing stories!

I am so excited to finally have my very first zine just 24 hours away from being printed!
Permalink Reply by Dave Roche on February 6, 2013 at 8:04pm Hello, friends! I've finished a new zine. It's about my trips to Australia and Southeast Asia, and about getting older and trying not to feel like a weirdo. My copy connection ran out (and by that I mean I got busted scamming copies at Staples) so I'm taking pre-orders to help pay for printing it. You can pre-order it, as well as read excerpts from it and my other zines, here.
Also, anyone who donates $100 or more will receive a cd with the audio version -- me reading the entire zine in the voice I use when I talk to small dogs.
Permalink Reply by Big D on February 9, 2013 at 12:54pm Flamdoodle number one is ready to go. It is 26 pages of stories about horrible people at yard sales and a dick mug...not to mention other fun stuff. Just let me know if you'd like to get one or trade.

Permalink Reply by Tom Hendricks on February 18, 2013 at 9:22am Dear Musea Readers,
The new issue of Musea is now, not only in print and out at the usual Dallas places, but also on the net on my blog, at:

This is a BIG one - part one of a two parter. A sci fi novel in progress, part one summary!!!
Check it out, see the cover art, and see what you think. This may be the most elaborate sci-fi novel ever attempted - IF I can finish it.
