Long arm stapelers

I got a $25 amazon gift card for christmas, and was thinking about getting a long arm stapeler. This one (http://www.amazon.com/Stapler-Standard-Staples-SPR01316-Category/dp...) popped up, but according to the reviews it's not good for anything over, say, fifteen pages.

How many pages would you guys recommend? Most of my zines are about 24 pages (12 sheets) but I don't want to buy one that I will just need to upgrade in a few months.

Ha ha. If I was lucky. there doesn't seem to be one at my local kinkos, though.

I've got the same one as NicoleIntrovert. I've never really paid attention to how many pages I'm stapling with it, but it's worked great for everything I've used it for.

no you can't....'slip one out' at kinko's or any other
shop... log-arms available at any salvation
army/goodwill/serenity/st vincent dePaul...thrifts

only assholes steal........Jesus Christ...youy can work
anywhere for THREE HOURS...and buy a long-arm...

i also use long/tough needle...put a staple through
pages and bend over prongs with a letter opener...or
knife blade...works easity on 4-8 folded pages

Hey Nicole- the one that you posted a link to? how does that one work? Do you pick up the stapeler part and put it on top of the papers, or what?

and still...only an asshole would 'slip' one out of a small

That isn't necessarily true. i go to thrift stores a lot and I've never seen a long arm stapeler. Sorry. Maybe it's different where you are.

Okay. You know what? I'm not even going to argue this one. it's clear that you are convinced you're right, and there's no point in saying that I go to thrift stores and have never seen one because you're not going to listen anyway.
