I've got total writers block...

I can't think of ANYTHING for my zine! I'm so blank! Does anyone have any ideas on what kinda stuff (other than poems and comix) I can put in my zine? Cut at the moment it's a "poclet zine" but my cousin and I are looking for more material, so we can make it a half-page booklet.

Any ideas?

It's usually just poems and punk comix. some drawings and stuff, but that's usually it, i need ideas, i've had writers block forever! :(

A public dream journal actually sounds pretty nifty. So does the letter idea. The reviews would be good too, as you wouldn't have to pretend to not be biased. I'd headline every one of them with "The most biased fucking outlook on" and then fill in the blank with what you're reviewing. :P

ooh, i second this! i think it's way more important to have less content that you're really proud of and that others will be interested in reading than a ton of random little things put together. and don't force it just to put out another issue.

You can always fall back on the rapidwrite...just set your timer for 10-15 minutes or so and write without stopping...you will have lots of seemingly unrelated thoughts. You can either publish them as is (I have done that) or find a few interesting nuggets to expand.

that sounds pretty cool. i might try that for next months "issue." cuz we've got everything for this month...except one page but i'm drawing something for it. :) thanks you all are such great help
