Is Xerography Debt still being published?

Hi y'all. I am very new to the zine scene. About 2 years ago I picked up a bunch of zines off the free table at the DC Zinefest. I got a couple of issues of Xerography Debt. I looked up all I can, and the last issue seems to have occurred in 2011. I know I can order it from Microcosm, but shipping is high for one zine. Is Xerography Debt still kicking?
