No quarter from Canada. Issue #1 to 4 deals with radical history, piracy, the english revolution, heresy & illegalism.
Joe Smith USED to do a zine called The Die, and I absolutely loved it. Sadly, he decided it "wasn't fun anymore" and stopped doing it. He's now doing a blogspot I drop into now and then. I don't have the web address, but if you Google the key words, "Joe Smith, Manual Publishing", it should get you there. I've been working on a long letter to Joe commenting to his blog Against Robots. I'll finish it and send it to him one of these days. There was a discussion a while back about obsessive letter writers that creep zinesters out and make their lives hell. Sometimes I wonder if I'm Joe's creepy/obsessive "fan" with my long, ponderous, e-mails and letters on his zines & blogging! :) (I'm a philosophy geek, by the way.)

I'm working on the first (and possibly even the only) issue of my own philosophy zine, but I have no idea when I'll be done with it. A lot of it will be letters I've written over the years. But I won't be pressured on it. It'll be done when it's done, if ever. I want to take my time and polish it finely.

Please let me know when your boyfriend's first issue is out, the ordering address, price, etc. I'd love to take a look at it.
