So I was reading the Factsheet Five wikipedia page and it says that "the title comes from a short story by science fiction author John Brunner". Does anyone have any idea what story this is, or what the title references in the story?

You're welcome! I hope other zinesters can also see from this how libertarians and other subcultures were once a pretty significant part of the zine/indie-publishing scene.
Yeah, there's some interesting historical information there. Kind of interesting to see how scenes grow and change.
