Does anyone know where to find "Gettin' Busy Zine"?

I think it was like a workbook for survivors/people dealing with trauma? I photocopied a few pages of it like 3 years ago but this is the only one I could find... I tried googling every combination of things from this page to no avail (and searching Papercut's database as well). Any leads would be helpful!

Edit: I already emailed the author of the zine and they don't have an copies or even the original!
