Hey folks. Table registration opened today for the chicago zine fest.

go to www.chicagozinefest.org to register so we can hang out this spring.

 

Here's info about the fest. We're working very hard to make this a 2-day event that's interesting to a variety of people and easy to participate in! If you make short films, submit a film! Or maybe run a workshop or panel discussion! Or become a volunteer and help us make sure the fest runs smoothly.

 

FRIDAY, MARCH 25

 

SPECIAL PROGRAM AT COLUMBIA COLLEGE, 2 - 4pm

Columbia College's Silver Tongue Presents:

Lecture on DIY publishing and punk culture with Al Burian and Aaron Cometbus

KIDS ZINE READING, 5 - 6pm

Featuring a DIY Film Festival, Workshops, Lectures 

and More! 

 

All FREE and open to the public!

All venues are wheelchair accessible

super excited about the Al Burian and Aaron Cometbus double feature!

Sounds wonderful! I have to double check to make sure that I can make it, but Chicago isn't too far away! :)

damn i wish i could go! but i'm planning a weekend in NYC in april...the wallet says no. :(
