a place for zinesters - writers and readers
Hey there! I just read a really great zine called "Deafula", which is all about being deaf. I want to do a video review of it, but want to have someone sign as I speak. Anyone here know sign language? Or want to get me in touch with someone who does? There were people signing at a reading in Chicago, anyone know how to get me in touch with them?
Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

If you can't find the folks in Chicago try to get in touch with SB Morgaine at @sbmorgaine on Twitter.

Permalink Reply by Deafula on June 23, 2012 at 5:02pm oh hey! i just saw this - thanks so much for the kind words! erin h had a great suggestion of adding captions - this would probably be easiest to pull off (i know youtube let's you pretty easily add subtitles to your videos). i love hearing that people liked my zine and can't wait to see the review :D
