Any manga zines out there? I mean diy ones, made by you and me? For Xmas gift...

Hi! Do you know of anyone who makes a zine that would be kind of manga / anime inspired?? I would like to give a zine to a friend of mine and he loves manga and anime, but I dont want to go buy a glossy commercial thing in a comic book store, I'd rather buy an original "manga zine", if such thing exists, from an artist who imagined, wrote, drew, copied, folded and stapled it themselves. 

It would need to be in english or french as we dont speak enough japanese to read it.

A bunch of the people involved with it have done minicomics. I like pretty much all of their stuff a lot.
