Zines are small self published booklets, which are usually printed with a photocopier or home printer. They range widely from comics, poetry, memoir, travel essays, humor, how to's, fan zines, and anything else you want to express. Zine enthusiast, Brian will share his knowledge of creating a diary comic zine, and bring his zine library to review. There will also be a hands-on zine demo!

Update: The event went well. There were 10 people in attendance. I provided my basic intro on making zines, and was about to open the room for people to visit the zine table, and to make a zine with the art supplies when a tornado warning sounded. Everyone had to leave. The good news is that they reschedule me for the fall.
