Comment by NicoleIntrovert on July 15, 2009 at 1:24pm: I vote for making sure that the music is at a tolerable level. When i was there in 2006 it was unbearably loud. Erin was at a table near me and was directly in front of the speaker. I felt terrible for her the entire time.

Comment by Philly Zine Fest on May 29, 2009 at 7:10am: Mostly because sitting in a silent room for 6 hours makes people very sleepy. Last year we tried to keep it toned down--we'll make sure the sound crew doesn't blast it this year.

Comment by Erin H on May 28, 2009 at 12:14pm: Why does there have to be music? I left early last time because I couldn't hear anyone and I got a headache from the noise. This is a zine fest, not a concert or a club.
