DESCRIPTION:Hi!\n  I am writing from a group of ladies who are organ
 izing a Los Angeles Zine Fest in early 2012. We want to have a FREE ev
 ent with 60-70 vendors from all over the country (and world even!) par
 ticipate to celebrate zines in a way that Los Angeles hasn't embraced,
  on a large scale, in quite a while. We have entered a contest that wi
 ll fund the idea with the most votes with a $2,500 prize and we need y
