 It Yourself Festival) is a one day event held annually in Baltimore Ci
 ty. The DIY Fest has taken place for 2 consecutive years, and will hap
 pen again sometime in the year 2009. The DIY Fest is a day filled with
  workshops giving you the opportunity to learn a new skill or teach ot
 hers a skill that you know.\n\nEvery year's festival provides self suf
 ficient, low-budget strategies for making stuff and doing things. Lear
 ning a new skill can be costly, but the DIY Fest is a free event.\n\nI
