Cheap are holding their sixth and most exciting creative fair on Sunday 2nd May as part of Sounds From The Other city.
SFTOC - Salford’s only new music festival has hosted shows by names like Marina And the Diamonds and The Tings Tings. Founded in 2005, more than 40 new, live acts have performed annually since on the May Bank Holiday weekend, across six, seldom-used venues along Chapel Street.
Acts set to appear will be announced soon, and the festival is in the process of applying for a late license too – making for a Chapel-Street-wide party, from 3pm to 3am.
Cheap Affair will take over Bexley Square, just outside the New Oxford pub. (where bands will be playing all day) We have 25+ exciting stalls ranging from beautiful trinkets and vintage clothes, contemporary painting, handmade jewelry, original photography, plush toys, illustrations, zines, cards, tasty cakes, printed tees to salt and pepper pots!
A list of the artists involved along with photos and links to their websites is up on our blog, keep checking back for photos and more info: http://cheapzine.blogspot.com/
The fair is FREE ENTRY
