SUMMARY:24 Hour Zine Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the 24 Hour Comics Day, the 24 Hour Zine Chall
 enge asks participants to create a 24-page zine in 24 hours. Without a
 ny outlines, prepared writings or previously made pages, comic artists
 , writers and zinesters will gather at ZAPP and begin a marathon to cr
 eate a complete and original zine, staying up into the night and the e
 arly hours of the morning to do so. For this test of creative enduranc
 e, participants can draw inspiration from over 20,000 zines in ZAPP’
 s collection as well as use the archive’s myriad of supplies, feed o
 ff of the energy of others feverishly producing their own unique zines
  and enjoy the snacks and refreshments provided.\n\nAdmission to the 2
 4 Hour Zine Challenge is free, but registration is required as space i
 s limited. Registration begins July 1 and ends July 10. Register via e
